If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days of your receiving the order. We will easily exchange or refund your order after receiving the returned merchandise. We regret that we cannot refund ANY custom made items, only issue store credit where applicable. We would love to help you find something that is perfect for you.
